P5q deluxe + q9550 + f2-8500cl5-2gbpk

i have 8 gb(4x2gb) of these rams

im runing my cpu at fsb of 450 x 8 @ 3600mhz

i get bluescreen like : memory mangment

i tried:

nb from 1.3 to 1.44 v
fsb from 1.2 to 146 v
ram from 2.0 to2.12 v

what timings or voltage do i need to set?

its the latest bios 2301

with memtest 86 v 4.00 no errors

with prime 95 small and large for about 6 hours no errors

so now im testing with bf3 because its there where i get bluescreens....

now trying with trfc 80 and write recovery time 8
at 7.5 x 470 @ 3525 mhz
