F2-6400CL6S-4GBMQ messing with my gtx 550ti

Hello, I recently received my 4gb ddr2 stick. When i try and use it, it makes my graphics card become undetected.

amd phenom x4 965
gigabyte M68M-S2P
gtx 550ti 2gb

Forgot to mention...when the stick is in, it shows that its there...it shows as there is 4gb but it makes my card un detected. I tried with a diff model of ram and my vid card works.

Do you have the latest BIOS?

I believe so...I have to go to school lol, when I am back I will mess with trying to get the bios up and updated, if anyone else has suggestions please leave them.
