What is the problem? booted at first cpuz recinized all 4 gig then it would blue screen memory error and physical memory dump would run.

I adjusted the memory settings in the bios to what I thought was for this combo. Now it wont boot at all. I am going to reset the cmos tonight and get everything back to default. I just need to know what would be the correct memory settings for this board and memory. I tried searching but havent found anything yet.

pheonixbios ver. 0307 has not been fashed or updated.

Update to latest BIOS first, then load BIOS defaults, then manually input memory settings.

Thank you very much. system is stable now. I think the bios was the main culprit. Can you give me any guidence on getting my memory to run at 1066 its showing 400 in cpuz. If I turn up setting with gen clock it locks up at 2.4Ghz for the cpu and thats were I need to be to have the memory at 533. I would prefer to do this in the bios if you can help.

Where does it show 400? What is shown in the memory tab?

400 mhz 2.3 ratio

400 will mean it's running at 800 (400 x2 as it's DOUBLE Data Rate) if it locks up at 2.4 for 533, you probably need more vCore voltage and/or NB voltage, can you post your BIOS settings (and do you have the latest BIOS)

I can unlink the cpu and ram in the bios and 2.4 cpu is very stable. But I cant bring my memory speed up to 1066 do I need to change the NB voltage to do this and be stable.
