Asus p5k-e wifi/ap + f2-6400cl4d-2gbpk

I have 2x1Gb of F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK and i'm trying to get use of CL4.. I've already changed the latencies at my bios, but i'm getting these numbers:

Shouldn't it be 4-4-4-12 @ 400MHz @ 2.0v on CPUZ ?
And 800MHz of speed on AIDA64 ?

Actually i dont know if i'm using CL4 or CL5 and if i'm running on 800MHz or 667MHz ? I tought i was using CL4 at 800MHz but this numbers made me confuse.

Look at the Memory tab of CPU-Z, here you show the SPD tab, The Memory tab should show 400 for (your 800 DRAM) or 333 if running 667. If it shows 667, then go into the bBIOS and set the timings and DRAM voltage to spec, set speed to 800 and CR to 2T....

On the memory tab it shows 400 but on that screenshot of AIDA64 that i posted it shows 667MHz, why ? It's a program issue ?

Run the memory benchmark test and it will display the DDR value.
