G.Skill F2-6400CL6D-8GBMQ 2 x 4gb unstable problems!

I'm having problems installing 8gb of ram on my asus p5q pro(not the p5q pro turbo) its 2 x 4gb sticks. Now putting in only 1 stick works fine(tested both sticks), everything is stable, but when i put both sticks in the computer keeps freezing or i get BSODs. I tried memtest and got no errors. I think my bios is version 0502. I also tried different volatge settings but nothing is working.

You'll want the sticks in slots 1-3 (yellow), set base timing and DRAM voltage to spec on your sticks, set CR to 2T and you'll want the latest BIOS, currently 2102, 5/11/09, can be found here:
