    Good day.
    Motherboard: GA-EP45-UD3R (rev1.0 bios F12)
    Memory: F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI (5-5-5-15 1066 @2.1v)
CPU: Intel core quad Q6600 (g0)
    System clock - 333
    Perfomance enhange - standart
    E.M.P - disabled
    MCH fr. lat - auto
    SPD - Auto (5-7-7-20) manual (5-5-5-15)

I have problems with memory, periodically pops BSoD in dual mode. In single mode all ok (one stick 2gb). Use utility mem.test v4.1, that shows me error.

Please tell me setting timing in the bios.

With manual settings speed at 1066, base timings 5-5-5-15, voltage 2.1, Command Rate (CR) 2T and may need to check tRFC (doesn't set real well with Auto) start about 62. With the OC on your Q6600 may hace to raise NB +.05. See what that does, there are more tweaks that can be done to stabilize, also are you using the stock cooler w/ the Q6600? if not what type are you running and what is ave temp on CPU.....and do you know if your 6600 is B3 or G0 stepping...the G0 OCs better...and some of the B3s don't OC well at all.

Using the standart box cooler, CPU temperature does not exceed 60 deg. celsius. Stepping G0

      Bios setup:

CPU Host Clock Control - Enabled
      CPU Host Frequency - 333
      CPU Frequency - 2.66 GHz (333*8)
PCI Express Frequency - 100 (Mhz)
      C.I.A.2 - Disabled
      Performance Enhance - Standard
      Extreme Memory Profile - Disabled
      (G)MCH Frequency Latch - Auto
      System Memory Mulitplier - 3.20B
      Memory Frequency (Mhz) - 1066
      DRAM Timing Selectable - Manual
      CAS Latency - 5
      tRCD - 5
      tRP - 5
      tRAS - 15

      Advanced Timing Control
      tRRD - 4
      tWTR - 4
      tWR - 8
      tRFC - 68 (62)
      tRTP - 4
      Command Rate - 2

      Load Line Calibration - Disabled
      MCH Core - 1.20V
      DRAM Voltage - 2.10V

With these settings, test the memory - I get an error.
reduce the frequency to 832.5 (333*2.5) and timings 4-4-4-12 - no errors

Do you have ICH I/O at 1.5 and ICH Core at 1.0, may want to change the Precharge to Activate and Precharge to Refresh Delay to 8s.....
What's your NB at? May need to go up .05 to .1

Have you run Memtest on each stick individually to check the sticks?

Precharge to Activate and Precharge to Refresh Delay set to 8

Tested each module separately - there are no errors

changed the location of the memory strips with 1 and 3 slot on 2 and 4 slot - no results

What's your NB at? May need to go up .05 to .1
sorry for my bad English but I do not quite understand.

What other technical parameters necessary for the diagnosis of malfunction?

In your MetSet reading you are showing Performance level 11, and it should be about 6. This is generally associated with the strap you have set. Can you post your BIOS tweaker settings

Set the bus frequency (266 or 333) is not affected by the errors

Try running each stick individually in slot 1 with memtest and see if errors on only one or on both

Individually, each plank with no errors running on 1066 (5-5-5-15) (slot1). Both stiks together without mistakes work for 800 (4-4-4-12) (slots 1,3 and 2,4) , but both in 1066 did not work. Try testing on another board soon.

Sounds like a good idea, the sticks at 800, CL4 would be close to 1066 stock performance at CL5, have you tried at 900 speed

At 900 (5-5-5-15) errors also did not appear. Reduced DRAM Voltage to 1.9v (at 1066) and the memory worked, for three hours without any errors. Maybe the problem is the motherboard, power stabilizers are not enough to supply the memory? Strange ...
Thanks for your help, I think not soon see BSoD

Hopefully not....can play a little more from where you are at,,,,just keep a record of what settings you are at when stable to fall back to.
