F2-5300CL4S-2GBPQ compatible with F2-5300 CL5S - 2GBMQ?

F2-5300CL4S-2GBPQ memory works correctly when installed alone. When it is installed with any other memory (F2-5300 CL5S - 2GBMQ and/or hynix Hym P512U64CP8-y5AB PC2-5300U-555 12 1GB 2Rx8), the motherboard sounds a memory error beeping and the computer will not start into bios. Memory settings can not be changed due to the bios locked by HP. Could this problem be due to the different CAS Latency?

Latency and different type of chips. Or the motherboard may not be compatible with one of the kits, thus causing problems.
