5300CL5D-4GBSK on a Macbook?

Would the 4GB G.Skill DDR2 SO-DIMM PC2-5300 667MHz Dual Channel kit CL5 SK Series w/alu heatsinks work and fit on a Macbook (2008)?

Should if it's either the Black or the White MacBook, the aluminum takes 1066 DRAM
