Question for Gskill 8500CLD 4GBPK [M/b ASUS M4A78 PRO]

before i has asked for how to setting to get speed at 1066 mhz but it's still get bsod i tried with every setting formula , now i changed it to 800 mhz 4 4 4 12 voltage 2.0 it's work fine no bsod but new problem it's get freeze So what i'll should setting to work without BSOD AND FREEZE .

here is my spec :
cpu : AMD Phenom II x4 810 [AM2+]
mb : Asus M4A78 PRO ( lastest bios 02/09/2010 )
ram : DDR2 G.SKILL 4GB PK 8500CL5D
VGA : His readon 4870 1gb ddr5 iceq+ turbo

also if someone know how to get 1066 without bsod or freeze please tell me but now i don't hope for it much .

Is command rate at 2N? Also tRFC should be at 110 or 127....if those don't help if you could post your BIOS settings it would help clear things up
