What is the best settings for mobo Asus M4n78-Pro running 4GB kit of Trident F2-8500CL5D-4GBTD with AM3 Phenom II Quad 3.0ghz?

Prob just start with manually entering your base timings 5-5-5-15, Command Rate 2N, DRAM Voltage 1.8 and set tRFC at 110 or 127 (dpending on available options. Also ensure you have the latest BIOS.
