Trident F2-8500CL5D-4GBTD + P5Q + E8400 + BSOD

Hi, I got this kit, and I've trying to run stable at 550MHz, but I got several BSOD even at 533MHz (memory stock).

My spec are:

P5Q
E8400@3.300GHz (OC) Core Voltage 1.184
Bus Speed 367MHz
Rated FSB 1468MHz

RAS# to CAS# delay 5
RAS# Pretime 5
RAS# ACT Time 15
RAS# to RAS# Delay 4
Ref Cycle Time 68
Write Recovery Time 8
Write to Read Delay 4
Read to Pretime 4

Need the correct setting to run stable at 550Hz or stock 533Hz, thanks!

Settings look good, is the DRAM Voltage set at 1.8? and what is the NB Voltage, is the Command rate at 2T?
