Gigabyte EP35C-DS3R + F2-6400CL5D Bios Settings?

Ok, so I have a Gigabyte EP35C-DS3R Motherboard with 8gigs of G Skill F2-6400CL5D 4GBPQ memory. In the bios it shows that its running at 800 Mhz, but in windows using cpuz it shows that they memory is running at only 400 Mhz, and my memory score in vista is at 5.5. What could be the problem here? Do my settings all look correct?

CPUz will show 400 MHz....the cpuz screen is correct......ddr2.....400x2=800

Depending on the set of sticks you have, you might be able to tighten the timings, to maybe 5-4-4-15 or something and it might kick your WEI score up a point or so, but that's about it
