How do I set the correct timing in the bios?

Mobo: Asus P5Q-EM
Ram: F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK
CPU: Intel E8500

The instructions are as follow:

TCL - 5
TRCD - 5
TRP - 5
tRAS - 15
Command Rate - 2
Mem volt - 2.10v

I can set everything listed above, BUT, no where on the bios screen do I see "Command Rate"..???

Is it okay if I skip that step? As for right now, everything is set to AUTO. Computer is running fine, but I would like to run it at the advertised speed if possible with my setup.

manually set speed to 1066, if things are running fine, I wouldn't change anything else
