Dying PC, I might need someones help

My computer is working really slow, I was thinking about finding some assisatance. I really have no idea what I am doing, has anyone on here tried geek choice? A co-worker said they might be good. I also found these guys, but their site doesnt look good to me.

I just need somoene who can solve the problem with my machine.

Every time I launch my IE it takes nearly 4 minutes to show up on screen

I've also been hearing a interesting clicking sound inside the computer itself. What does this sound mean?

Clicking sound may be either a case or cooler fan is either going bad or one of the power lines may have shifted and it is being ticked by the fan blades. With IE explorer could be the page file is full or you need to empty the browsers cache and clean out the temp files....option would be to uninstall the browser and then reinstall.
