I have just built a machine with the following

GA-EP43-UD3L
Core 2 Quad Q8300 LGA 775
G Skill f2 8500cl5 4gbpk
hd4870 Radeon pci express 512mb card

Windows 7 64bit

Can someone tell me the best bios setting for this setup please.

Should work OK at stock settings of 5-5-5-15, DRAM Voltage 2.1, Command Rate at 2T. If any problems may have to raise NB Voltage a hair.
