F2-8500cl5d-4gbpk + gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3p

I have this, my problem is one of the modules works fine, one does not, causes my computer to BSOD. I ordered from Newegg, I suspect that one of the modules is defective. I ran memtest on them, it reported lots of errors. I think I need a replacement. Thanks
