F2-6400cl5q-16gbpq + asus m4a78-em

Hi,

Does anyone has experiences with the F2-6400CL5Q-16GBPQ 16Gb kit, which I would be interested to use in my ASUS M4A78-EM board with an AMD X4 II 945 cpu.
Any ideas, comments ?

Prob want to expect to OC a fair bit and do a fair amount of tweaking with both base timings and advanced timings, the MC in AMDs CPUs is just, plain and simple, Very weak.

No, I dont need tweaks and OC, so can I expect that it will be stable ?

Tradesman is saying that because of AMD's weak memory controlers you will most likely have to overclock and tweak to get that much ram to work.

Very definitely it'll take some tweaking. OC, adjust timings (base and advanced), adjust voltages (DRAM, HT, CPU.....the list goes on. If you want to, have to, etc run 16GB or more (very few have the need) you want to go with an Intel base.
