ASUS P5N-D and F2-6400CL4D-4GBPI-B Compatibility

I have an older ASUS P5N-D with an E6700 proc. I looked at the page for the Black F2-6400CL4D-4GBPI-B and did not see this P5 model listed. Is the P5N-D compatible?

I would like to install Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit with 8 gigs of the PI.

Meets all the the specs, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, 6400, voltage meets the range - should work fine.
