Did you increase NB Voltage to 1.40V and properly configure memory timings? Should be able to read the full 4GB.

OK. Memory Hole Remapping is enabled. No help.

I don't know what NB voltage is. I found options for increasing voltages for many things... but not that. The memory itself is rated between 1.8v and 1.9v. I have it at 1.9v

I also couldn't find anything for memory timing. Might it be another name?
