F2-9600CL5D-4GBTD / Gigabyte MA790FX-UD5P timing

Hi, newbie here, need help with memory timings:

MB: Gigabyte MA790FX-UD5P
Mem: DDR2 F2-9600CL5D-4GBTD (2X2Gig, installed in yellow slots)
CPU: AMD AM3 Phenom II x4 965 (3.4 GHz)
Bios: F5a (latest)

Problem: Bios defaults mem clock to 800 Mhz (400x2), where memory runs and tests fine with memtest @5-5-5-15, 1.8v. (Also will run @ 4-4-4-12). But, if I manually change to 1066 (533x2), mem fails memtest at 96% mark on test 5. If allow to boot, get glimpse of BSOD, and reboot occurs.

No OC on FSB or any other settings.

What are the correct timings for 1066, and 1200. Thanks for the assist.

Trfc2 for DIMM2 - 127ns
Write Recovery Time - 8T
Precharge Time - 3T
Row Cycle Time - AUTO
RAS to RAS Delay - 4T

Increase DDR2 Voltage to 2.0V
Northbridge Volt Control 1.2V

Let me know if I am missing any other options. I do not have an exact copy of the BIOS so I'm not sure what options you have available.

Thanks G Skill, but no joy. Using those settings, I get the single POST beep, but then freeze before it displays memory specs, with no option but to CLR CMOS to be able to get back to BIOS. Any other thoughts? Thanks

Might try in the red, or try running in ganged mode. Might raise tRFC to next available amount (190ish?? I think). Possibly NB to 1.3

If you have SB/HT Voltage, try increasing that to 1.40V.
