Change the setting I mentioned above (C1E disabled) and go back to 5 5 5 15 setting them manually, see if that helps!

Manual settings should look like this:

      DRAM timing : Manual
      CAS# latency : 4
      RAS# to CAS# delay : 4
      RAS# to PRE time : 4
      RAS# ACT time : 12
      RAS# to RAS# delay : 4
      REF cycle time : 80
      WRITE recovery time : 8
WRITE to READ delay : 4
READ to PRE time : 4
      DRAM static control : auto
      ....
      Transaction booster : auto
      ....
      Voltage CPU : Auto
      CPU PLL voltage : Auto
      FSB termination voltage : Auto
      DRAM voltage : 1.90
      Northbridge voltage : 1.40

If that doesn't work, try testing them individually to see if you have a bad stick.

      Thank you

Thank you guys for your help, I appreciate very much.

But i think the DRAM voltage is a little low : @1.90V but the specification mention @2.0-2.1V. Do you think I should slightly increase the voltage?

        Anyway I'll try this proposition.

You can try 2.0V, but DDR2-800 should not need more than that.
