I don't even need to respond to your comments because I think I work at G.Skill and not you, so I would know about OUR customers better than you do.
As far as I know, I have not seen a case where I suggested RMA and the customer has gotten it to work anyway. All of these computer parts are mass produced. It is up to the manufacturers to provide quality control. It has nothing to do with compatibility, if the motherboard is out of spec, it needs to be returned for one that is in spec. It is as simple as that. Especially for this motherboard, I know exactly how it should operate, so if it doesn't, it needs to be replaced. Neither I nor the customer needs to spend any more time trying to get it to work with looser timings or write a detailed report as to why it is defective. We can spend 10 more hours and it will still be unstable or not working, so cut right to the chase.
