Can anyone tell me what the differences are between F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK and F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI-B in terms of performance/stability and if one of these memory sets is compatible with the EVGA 122-CK-NF68 (680i SLI) motherboard?

If so, which one should I choose?
