  • need help with G.SKILL DDR2 4096MB 1000MHZ

    hi
I wanted to know if i set the memory ok..

    this is my system:
    Intel E8500 @3960 Mhz

    COOLERMASTER HYPER TX2

    GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L

    HITACHI 1000GB SATA2 16MB

    G.SKILL DDR2 4096MB 1000MHZ CL 5-5-5-15

    POWERCOLOR HD4870 512MB DDR5

    LG GSA X22 SATA DVD

    SEASONIC SS-500-ET 500W

    NZXT WHISPER

in my bios im not able to choose 1000mhz for the memory so i picked the nearest one
and overclocked the cpu in the process from 3.16 to 3.96
is the settings look allright? (the memory is at 2.1V and 1006mhz right now)

Keep and eye on your temps, believe the TX2 calls for orienting the fan to blow over your RAM, if so can really heat the sticks up, seem to to work better blowing to the back of the case.....just a thought

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:
