F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ crashes in dual channel mode

Hi there!

I got a new pair of F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ after a RMA and they won't run in dual channel mode.

System:
MSI P35 neo 2 fr
e4800

I tested a lot and it won't work. I tested each slot and each RAM seperately with memtest, I set the VDIMM at 2.0 til 2.1v and the Timings manually. I also raised the NB voltage, but still no success.
If i install the 2 RAM windows crashes after 2-5 MInutes with a BSOD.

Maybe you can help me.

Can you post your BIOS settings, in particualr the DRAM settings, CPU setup and all the system voltages?
