Hi,
I have a Gigabyte X38-DQ6 with a slightly overclocked Q6600@3000 (G0) and with 2x2GB PC8800 PI (the original ones, 8 layer PCB) running at 1000Mhz@1.8V with relaxed timings.
I'd like to upgrade to another 2x2GB to have 8GB total, but I can't find anymore the same memory sticks. I have a list of some other similar ones available in my country and the price for each. What I'm looking for is STABILITY even if I have to lose performance, and preferally at low voltage (1.8 or 1.9)... my days of hard overclocking are gone
F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK 2.0-2.1v -> 65?
F2-6400CL4D-4GBPK 2.0-2.1v -> 60?
F2-8500 CL5 4GB-Kit Pi-Serie Black 2.1v -> 87?
F2-6400 CL4 4GB-Kit Pi-Serie Black 1.8-1.9v -> 83?
What do you guys think? Maybe the best option are the 6400 PI black, but the price difference with the normal 6400 is huge, and probably they can do 1000@1.9v with 5-7-7-19 or so.
