  • Adding memory to Gigabyte EP45-UD3P

Looking to add memory to current Win 7, 64 bit system: Gigabyte EP45-UD3P, Intel E5200, with 4GB of GSkill F2-6400CL4-2GBPI.

Would I be able to successfully add 4 more GB using GSkill F2-6400CL4D-4GBPK or F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ?

Also should I up the DRAM voltage in BIOS to 2.1V? Currently my system shows 1.92V for DRAM. System has been mostly stable over the last 3 years, but have had a few BSOD in the past 6 months. Memtest86+ just ran with no errors.

    Thanks

Can prob run current sticks at 1.96, if you do add another set, I'd suggest the PKs (F2-6400CL4D-4GBPK), and will prob again have to raise the DRAM voltage with the extra sticks to 2.06 and possibly the NB Voltage about + .08. Would suggest the new set in slots 1-3 with the PIs in 2-4
