F1-3200PHU1-1GBNT problem

Mother board = MSI MS-6570E
Processor = AMD Athlon (tm) XP 1500+

I replace one stick of Crucial CT6464Z335.8TD2 with two sticks of F1-3200PHU1-1GBNT and computer would not boot. It just kept repeating a single long beep. Tried different sockets and different combination. Also reset the CMOS and increased the memory voltage. Same thing. Replaced the old memory and computer boots. Any thought on why the F1-3200PHU1-1GBNT will not work?

do you have the latest BIOS? Also, might try resetting the CMOS then install 1 stick at a time

I do have the latest bios and I have tried resetting CMOS and installing one stick at a time.
