TridentZ RGB+ Mystic Light

Hey Guys! I'm having a slight problem with my RAM, I can't change the RGB lights using mystic light (mobo software) and the G.SKILL Trident lighting control. Before this, it was working fine changing the RGB using mystic light and today, the option is completely gone. Already tried to uninstall and install it again and reseating the ram but still not working. Any idea how to fix it?

I have:
Ryzen 7 3700x
RTX 2080Ti
MSI X570 Carbon WIFI
32gb RAM TridentZ RGB 3600 (4 sticks)

Did you complete the clean uninstall?

Try a full power down including from power supply, press power button to discharge, then power ON and see if a reset can work better. This just revert to default rainbow and allow changes to be made.

Also, are you using the latest BIOS? Have you tried Mystic Light alone to see if it can control Trident Z LEDs?
