    F3-12800CL9T2-24GBRL Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R
    Intel Core i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80 GHZ

    I'm currently running 24 gigs at 1033 mhz(default) everything seems fine.
    I'm trying to set it up for 1600 mhz.

    I have been running 6 gigs of OCZ3G1600LV6GK @ 1600 mhz with no issues.

    I tried the same settings I used with my OCZ memory and I get a warning and it reset to a default setting.

    Set Performance Enhance to {Standard}
    Set DRAM Timing Selectable to {Expert}
    Set Memory Timings to CL 9-9-9-24 (CL-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)
    Set Command Rate to {2}

    Set QPI / VTT Voltage to {1.35 Volts}
    Set DRAM Voltage to {1.65 volts}
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD) 12.0
    Uncore Clock Ratio x25
    tRFC 88

    I got it going. Yea. I'll post pictures of my bios with the solution. Basically I set all of the memory setting to auto and loaded the XMP profile.

    This is only running the memory at 1600 mhz. Nothing else. Maybe I'll try OCing the cpu.

      Looks good, that RAM is designed for that motherboard so the XMP profile contains all the proper information.

        Don't want to hijack this thread, but I just installed the 12GB Ripjaw (F3-12800CL9T-12GBRL). I have the same MOBO as OP and my memory settings are the same. My old OCZ Gold kit hade a tRFC of 88, but these have 208 with "Auto". That seems insanely high. Is this correct or can you give us the proper settings since the last BIOS update was in 2012, so the MOBO might not have an updated profile.

        Thank you

          What capacity was your old kit? 6GB?

            Yes the kit was 6GB. Maybe it's normal, but I was suprised that it was more then the double of the other while the rest of the settings are pretty much the same.
