Hi, I think my memory F3-12800CL9-4GBXL (2x = 8gby) works somewhat slow. AIDA64 marking indexes are as follows. Does anyone know if they are correct?

That doesn't sound far off for an AMD 955. Amd isn't known for a strong MC (memory controller), might look here:
