new ram instal problem

hi .yesterday i did install this memory [Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBXH ] then what hapen my computer keep turning off by it self .
i had this memory in before [ corsair vengence cmz8gbx3m2a1600c9 ]never had a problem with them .
my mobo is a [ asrock fm2a75 pro4-m ] .
so is these memory suppose to work with fm2 board .
right now i am using only one stick and no problem so far .for along i dont really know .

Might try clearing the CMOS then reinstall, if still problems may want to test each stick individually with Memtest, may have a bad stick.

the computer is brand new .i build my own computer for pass time .never had a problem with g-skill stick before .i mean never .
right now i did take one out .it seam to be ok so far .
i am running vista on this pc sp 2 gbs is ok for now .
i will know by tomorrow if it is really ok .
sorry about my spelling am french .
by the way i did contact g-skill and this is what the guy said .try one stick at the time .
if not he will send a rma.

it never did shut down yet since i remove one stick .
2 gbs is good for now .
i will wait till the end of next week to make sure then i will ask g-skill to send me the mra .
i have 2 other computer anyway to use
