Believe 2133 is still the highest freq that utilizes 1.5 - not sure what you mean by "Why can it only be overclocked one level?" Are you talking your system, a particular DRAM or what...generally speaking the CPU and or DRAM CAN be OCed more than 1 level (depending on the meaning of 'level' and as with most things in OCing, the results often depend on the skill of the OCer (as well as the individual components).....If you work with enough rigs you'll find that not all CPUs of the same model are equal - some OC better than the average and some don't want to OC at all, same is true of DRAM, GPUs, etc
