Hi, I ordered 4 sticks of 8 gb ram from newegg about a month ago and 2 of them don't work... So I wanted to Return them too newegg but the package was mangled during shipping and I had to rip it off when I got the items out, there for making it impossible to return it in the original packaging like their policy states it must. I now think my only option would be to return it to g skill, how would I do that? And do I have to send all the ram sticks back or the 2 that don't work? I have not done anything to hurt the ram in any way, they just came like that. The model is G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 32GB cas 9. Thank you!
