Memory OK?

The memory g skill f3-16000cl9d-4gbtd is compatible with the Asus p8p67? Posuuo 4 units = 8 gb.

Will probably work OK, may need a little extra voltage to DRAM and MC (memory controller) which is VCCIO voltage....preferable would be a single set of 4x2GB or even better a set of 2x4GB. Mixing sets, even of the same exact model can be problematic
