Does anyone know the bios settings for this ram? For some reason it shows up in CPU-Z with the correct part number but its listed as PC3-12800. Thanks for the help.

Believe you are probably looking at the MAX BANDWIDTH window of CPU-Z, you might look in the Discussions area of the forum where I have some info threads, one is on this exact misconception (can be found here:

    http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=10565

or, in short, MAX BANDWIDTH is nothing more than the settings in the SPD of the DRAM to provide to the BIOS for the initial boot, as most mobos will default new DRAM to either 1333 or 1600

Thanks for the insight but what about the manual bios configuration settings for these modules?

If you have a i7-3770K CPU, enable XMP Profile and see how that works.

          Thank you
