Upgrading Firmware with Raid 0 Phoenix Pro 60 GBs

I was wondering how I would go about upgrading the firmware on both drives. They are currently 2.1 fw. Please let me know.

the SSD couldn't update the firmware under Raid status, please update it one by one.
please always backup the data before you making any move.
