    My Falcon II 64GB just died after exactly 2 years and 30 days - I have read through some similar threads and have seen you stating "usually we will providing one more month of extended warranty for customer" so I have immediately sent in a request for a RMA - hope you can help me out on this.

    please contact our RMA department also provide the Serial number( the bottom one) asap,
    and tell them your status, i believe they will taking care of your case immediately!

      thanks, got your reply as well as the one from the RMA department in less than 24 hours and I have shipped the SSD.

      I appreciate your extending the warranty
