60gb phoenix pro dead,RMA question

My phoenix pro die yesterday after doing a Secure Erase,now its not regconize in bios on pc or notebook. my question is can i request to downgrade the drive to Gskill Falcon when RMA this drive ? because i notice the Gskill Falcon have destructive flash which i can recover the drive if something went wrong. thanks

Contact the RMA dept. to see if it is available, but I don't think so.
