  • Phoenix Pro 120gb SSD drive fail ??

    hello everyone im new to the forum

    Ive bought the Phoenix Pro 120gb SSD drive about 6 months ago and it was great but today i did the firmware uprade to 4.2 and now the drive is not recognized by the bios and when the laptop tries to boot it says "No OS found" has the drive failed ?? Or is there a way I can fix this issue anyone help is really appreciated thx.

    also important to note is that if i change to sata in my bios the drive appears as sandforce and some numbers

        Hi skz,

        really sorry about didn't see your post.....apologize for this mistake!
        please turn of your computer for one minute and check the DRIVE in BIOS again, if still cannot recognize by your laptop, please try again with other computer and reupdate the firmware(if other system can find the drive). otherwise, you need to send the SSD back for RMA, you can send a email to: rma@gskill.com

        again, sorry for the blind....
