pmagic bugged? cant use secure erase

Hi, every single time i go to erase disk, and i click Secure erase nothing happens. The window justs goes away. It is set on ahci mode. I have tried the latest version, and 5.10 does not work( it did previously at one point). I also just upgraded my system to sandybridge and Z68. Before it did not work on my evga p55 FTW200 and it wont work on my new i72600k and asus z68 mobo either. What is the deal??

Wouldnt work for me either.I had to use ocz toolbox to erase.

The latest version of Parted Magic is 6.6 and secure erase worked perfect for me. Try that instead of 5.10
