Pheonix Pro 120GB problems

So i have owned a Pheonix Pro 120GB SSD ( FM-25S2S-120GBP2) for about 6 months now , i really like it but i found that it started to become slow so i decided to do the AS SSD test and Crystal Disk Mark and the reading i got were no where close to what were advertised on G.Skills website or any sort of SSD of its price, im slightly dissapointed as i am meant to be using it in my new computer build but im not sure where and if i can RMA it. Ive also seen people complain (on newegg) about their Pheonix Pro's dying after a few months, so it would be great if G.Skill could help me fix it or somhow i get a replacement.

Use secure erase using pmagic. Also make sure it is set to AHCI.
