    RAID0 and RAID1 don't care what size the drives are, they will just pick the smaller of the group though.

    You can stick a 160GB, 250GB, 500GB and 1TB all in RAID0 and it will just make a RAID array of 640GB (4 x 160GB... or the smallest drive) and ignore the extra space on the drives.

    But usually for best/most consistent performance you want to use similar/identical drives. Since they're both 60GB Gskill SSD's you'll be fine.

    I would like to know if it is possible to make a Raid 0 or Raid 1 with the Phoenix Series FM-25S2S-60GBP1 and the FM-25S2S-60GBP2.
