I want to get "G.SKILL Phoenix Pro Series FM-25S2S-60GBP2" but I need to know if its fully compatible with my laptop HP DV6000, it has Intel PM965 chipset and ICH8ME southbridge.

Also - what's the usable disk space in the said? 60GB or less than that?
