Falcon update

My ssd has version 1819 firmware. Want to get 2030 onto it.
What is the easiest way? Running Win7 64 bit don't have XP or vista anymore (well have vista on lappy but have checked and there is no extra hard drive port).

Please give me a little help.

Have got it one now.
Updated to 1916 in win 7 64bit
then done the 2030 update by using the bootable usb stick
