2nd Falcon 2 64GB DEAD :(

After getting my first 64 GB Falcon 2 RMA ed about 8 weeks ago, I finally received my replacement.
It has lasted for a grand total of 2 weeks!!
It "crashed" even worse now than my previous one.
I can't even load any of the firmware update programs without it crashing my system. NOT HAPPY!
I have been using a Falcon 1 for about 12 months with no problems on my gaming machine, why are the version 2 series fragile?
Is this another RMA job or does someone have a magic fix?

Could you use HD Tune Health option to check its ID (C7).
let me know its status.
what did you see the SSD name on your BIOS.
it showed " Y******" or its part number?

Thanks for your quick reply.
My bios and HD Tune dont see it so I can't answer your questions. My PC has frozen 3 times trying to load HD Tune 4.60 while the SSD is attached.
I'm using Win 7 Professional 64 bit.

I am sorry.
Could you try to power off for few seconds and reboot then check does it appear.
If BIOS still can't show this storage, please contact our RMA department.
They will assist you to replace.
