    Hi dchard,

actually I have no idea why upgrade tool has this strange problem( BSOB, switch off , switch on).
we found if this SSD is an OS driver, it occurs .
I am glad to know you upgrade successful.

by the way, if use FW 3.2 A failed, just choose FW 3.2 B.

    that's all.
they are not different, just the part number we set is different, it would not affect efficiency.

      Re:

      Hi GSKILL,

Probably the operation system on the SSD restarts itself when the firmware upgrade succeeded, and this obviously leads to a system crash, if the SSD is a system disk, which is quite possible

Ask sandforce about what happening after a successful upgrade.

First time when I upgraded from 2.1 to 3.1 there were no crashes during the upgrade, but that time the SSD was not a system disk in my computer.

And joining the others with that a bugfix list or changelog would be nice for the firmware releases. I'am not particularly believing it that your chipset partner didn't tell you (the manufacturer) anything about what changes made in the firmware.

        Hi Dchard,
I have already informed Sand force since firmware 3.1.
their RD told me they will solve.
        I don't know when.
