I have a new Phoenix Pro drive I just took out of the box and mirrored my current Windows 7 OS drive (a Gskill falcon 64gb SSD).
I'm running AHCI in bios, have the latest Intel Rapid Storage drivers, and have done all the Windows 7 tweaks (enable write cache, disable hibernation, disable system restore, etc). I also checked that Trim was activated.
I left my computer idle for 8 hours to see if the garbage collection would help - but it didn't.
Forgot to mention, the drive is running FW 2.1
Here are my benches after the 8 hours:
Any suggestions as to why I'm getting such terrible write speeds?
Thanks
