new phoenix 100gb DOA.

I just received my phoenix 100GB from newegg. I first put it in my laptop and it didn't recognize it. So then I hooked it up via eSata on my desktop machine to see if it would show up and it doesn't. I guess the drive is DOA and I should RMA it?
