60GB Phoenix Pro SSD, should i RMA this?

I have been having some performance issues with my 60GB Phoenix Pro SSD... It just does not seem to perform as well as any other Phoenix Pro SSD benchmarks that I have seen around the forum.

Below is my SSD's ATTO Benchmark result:



It was actually quite ok to begin with, but i started benchmarking it when I realised it was begining to degrade, but I have only been using it for around 1 month. I am just very disappointed at how fast Sandforce controller degraded the SSD compared to Intel's SSDs. Should I (or can I) RMA this drive?

What's your WEI score for primary hard disk?

It says 7.7 which has not changed since i bought it, but boot up time and general speed of the drive has decrease by quite a fair bit over a month, my 60GB pheonix pro still have 20GB free space, where I already optimzed all SSD aspects of the OS.
